Our Infrastructure

To accomplish our aim of increasing productivity and competency w.r.t. Quantity and Quality of the products, we have created a modern infrastructure. It is based at Jamnagar,Gujarat and it includes a manufacturing unit which is constructed over 100,000 sq. ft. area. This unit is integrated with requisite machinery, which helps in achieving the installed capacity of 10,000 tons extruded profiles per annum. Precision production is ensured with the following machines of recent makes and models:

• Annealing facilities
• Dual Frequency Induction Furnace for alloying and melting
• Efficient draw benches
• Heavy presses for extrusion
• Special purpose machines

Quality Certainty

Outstanding quality of our Bronze Components (Bronze Rods), Brass Components, Specialized Brass Wires, Brass Rods, and Brass Tubes, along with a proactive management are the two sides of coin which earn the company profit in terms of customer satisfaction & repeat demands. To sustain the quality standards of our products and work towards enhancing them, we have set up a quality testing laboratory. This lab is approved by SQAE (AR), Mumbai and is installed with following modern equipment:

• Electronic and Computerized UTM
• Impact Testing Machines with photography
• Microscopy with photography
• Spectrometers (spark as well as ERF X-Ray Fluorescence)

The quality of Extruded Profiles is ascertained with the assistance of quality control (QC) professionals who implement a number of mechanisms, under which they test/check the products on the parameters of raw material, accuracy, rust resistance and durability.
